Handi-Pad Instant Deck (3/pk)

One of the biggest delays and added cost associated with a new spa is the base. If you don't have a concrete pad or wood deck that will support it, one must be installed.

The Handi-Pad is a faster, cheaper alternative to concrete pads and wooden decks. A set of six modular pads connect together from underneath to make an 8’ x 8’ deck - in under an hour. Additional pads can be attached for customs sizes.   No mess, no waiting, no hassles, no problem.

The Handi-Pad is constructed of high-density polyethylene. Designed to look like a concrete pad, they are a soft gray color with a lightly textured surface. The unique underside of the Handi-Pad has built-in “strength” pockets that allow the Handi-Pad to support an impressive 300 pounds of pressure per square foot. Where else can you use a Handi-Pad? It's perfect under pool filters, outdoor sheds, trash cans and more.

Handi-Pad Instant Deck
 
The Handi-Pad Instant Deck is constructed of durable, weatherproof, high-density polyethylene, offered in a gray color. It is designed for placement of a spa and eliminates the need for the consumer to have a concrete pad poured. Each pad measures 32” x 48” x 2” thick and weighs 15 lbs. The underside of the Handi-Pad Instant Deck is formed with built-in “strength” pockets. It has been tested to withstand 300 pounds of pressure per square foot. This was accomplished by applying a total weight of 7000 pounds over a 21-foot square area. The pads connect together with the included “dog bone” connectors and six pads will cover an 8ft x 8ft area. Additional pads can be added to increase the coverage area if desired. The Handi-Pad Instant Deck is designed to support the weight of any spa or hot tub placed upon them.
 
The Handi-Pad Instant Deck is packaged three per carton and can be shipped by UPS or FedEx.
 
The Handi-Pad Instant Deck should be installed on a level, well drained area and placed upon a layer of 1 inch to 2 inches of sand or very fine gravel. Level and tamp down the sand, place the pads down and then carefully position the spa onto the pads. Refer to the instruction sheet included with the pads for further information.
 
The Handi-Pad Instant Deck can also be used on concrete or on wood decks to keep the spa from coming into contact with the surface.
 
The Handi-Pad Instant Deck can be cleaned very easily. Just wash away most dirt with a garden hose. It is also easier on the feet than concrete.
 
The Handi-Pad Instant Deck is very versatile, and can be used in many outdoor applications such as underneath pool filter equipment (although not under gas heaters), underneath plastic sheds, under trash cans, and inside the garage.
 
The Handi-Pad Instant Deck is warranted for one year against defects in material and workmanship.
